Steve Lee is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington (1984) and the University of Texas at Austin (1987). He is licensed to practice in all counties throughout the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western District. He has been a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Steve has also been recognized by The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Matt Dorsen, Lawyer
A native Austinite, Matt Dorsen graduated from Westlake High School. Matt attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. At UT, Matt participated in Student Government; was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity; and honored by The Cactus Yearbook with the Goodfellow Award, which recognizes students who make significant contributions on-and-off campus. In his two years of work prior to law school, Matt worked for an international law firm which represented a major pharmaceutical corporation in a nationwide products-liability lawsuit.
Matt then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While in law school, Matt attended Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and participated in its international law program. Additionally, Matt took courses such as: Criminal Trial Advocacy, Texas Civil and Criminal Procedure, Agency and Partnerships, Federal Income Tax, and Payment Systems.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys traveling, cycling, college sports, and spending time with his family.
Shawn Martin, Lawyer
Shawn Martin graduated from Lamar University in 1983, and received his law degree from the University Of Houston School Of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice law in all Texas courts and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
After graduating from Law School, Shawn began representing personal injury victims and their families, which remained his primary practice throughout his career, successfully resolving thousands of claims on behalf of his clients. His practice focuses on representing personal injury victims and their families in all types of automobile, 18 wheeler, motorcycle, bicycle or pedestrian accidents, including collisions caused by DWI and hit and run drivers. He also represents people injured in falls and other accidents on private, business or government property, and victims of workplace injuries.
A native of Southeast Texas, Shawn and his family moved to Austin in 1999, where he and his wife are active volunteers for local civic and charitable organizations.
Bobbie Vega, Legal Assistant
Bobbie Vega has an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting from Stratton College where she served as President of Collegiate Secretaries International. As a student, Bobbie was a member of the Deans List and Honor Society, and named in Who’s Who Among Students in Junior Colleges. In 1997, Bobbie became a Certified Professional Legal Secretary. She is a former member of the El Paso Legal Secretaries Associations where she served as Treasurer. Bobbie joined Steven C. Lee & Associates in October 1999, and primarily assists in the civil litigation department of the firm.
Stephanie Lane, Legal Assistant
Stephanie Lane began working with Steven C. Lee & Associates in November 2001. She maintains and oversees the day to day functions of the office and works closely with the attorneys and support staff. She is also the friendly voice that answers the phones.
